Cabbage Soup Diet
The Cabbage
Soup Diet is intended to be used for no longer than
7 days, and give at least 2 weeks in between each use of
this diet for quick weight loss.
It is a quick way to lose up to fifteen pounds in one week,
perhaps in anticipation for an event, or to maybe jump start
another diet.
The recipe for the soup varies slightly,
but basically includes a variety of low-calorie
vegetables such as cabbage, onions and tomatoes, flavored
with bouillon, onion soup mix and tomato juice. Each day
of the seven-day program has specific foods that must be
eaten, including potatoes, fruit juice, many vegetables,
